These fish aren't *really* that long. And yes, that's dirty underwear over in the corner, what the hell'd you ask that for??? Yeah, I know these pics are big, but the fish are so blurry as it is, I can't really afford to make them worse. You all have broadband and probably a higher resolution monitor than I do anyways, so... Puffie's the fat blob nearest the top, and I *think* the one that looks kinda beige and red is the tiger barb...
The problem with turning the flash off on the digital camera is that it's shutter speed becomes half a second. These are fast fish. The fish at the far right is what the silver blurs look like when they stop moving for a second, he's pulled from another pic that didn't turn out as well. There are only three silver fish in there, though actually they're sorta neon blue IRL. All of the plants that are really short (and the one glob of elodea) are cuttings from my brackish tank, you can see they're doing much better in this tank. Salt water and plant eating fish don't really help things much in that tank. The three globs of sunset hygro are the only ones in that tank I bought.
This is with the new 32w power compact SmartLite that I managed to get installed without electrocuting myself. The tank above this one had more work done in it, but you can't see it, other than the fact that the light's on and the fish aren't freezing to death. The bigger shrimp is pregnant, if you can see it, I can't remember if she's in the pic or not. And I know all the tanks need the outside glass cleaned, but it looks nearly as bad once you clean it because the salt creep never seems to come off...
