There are thoughts...
They're just not all organized into specific topics but merely a vague feeling of...something,
I suppose
And the slot machine plays itself
And wondering what a world would be like when everything did
But it doesn't, and how...?
And the casino's flashing lights blink on into the night and you wonder if they're not just for show - if there's anyone really in it or are those happy gamblers that just won the jackpot even real at all or just person-images?
How can I be sure that my world extends beyond what I can reach out and grab, or are we just living in self contained boxes and never really touch another...know another?
Is it just cause we've been told that the universe exists that we have to believe it really is so?
And it would explain why you can get that lonely homesick feeling in the pit of your stomach even when you're surrounded by people--and familiarity¿
How many times to we shift universes without knowing and feel that something is different however subconsciously ignore it?
Do other people think as I do?
Or are they mindless drones simply filling their predetermined place in society...am I, too?
How can you prove that we really have free will - how can you prove that we don't?
How can you prove anything?
And yet we spend our lives proving and disproving things that really make no sense at all when you think about it and then suddenly it doesn't matter anymore.
You just live.
And die.
And the world, or what we percieve of it, goes on.
